1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by turnix.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. Services Provided

turnix.io offers hosted TURN (Traversal Using Relays around NAT) server services designed for secure and scalable real-time communications. Key features include:
- Globally distributed, high-availability TURN relays
- REST API for authentication and integration
- Usage metrics and monitoring tools
- Pay-as-you-go or subscription-based billing options

Service offerings are subject to modification without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use turnix.io services, users must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities under their account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to use turnix.io services for any of the following:
- Illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Abusive or malicious traffic generation (e.g., DDoS attacks)
- Circumventing firewalls, censorship, or regional restrictions
- Hosting or transmitting harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Data Privacy

turnix.io collects minimal data necessary to operate the service and improve performance. We do not log or inspect relayed traffic content, except where required for technical support or legal compliance. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and infrastructure provided by turnix.io remain the intellectual property of Bitlink GmbH and/or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written consent.

7. Payment and Billing

turnix.io services are offered under subscription or usage-based billing models. Billing terms are provided during sign-up. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.99% uptime across all TURN nodes. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and emergency downtime may occur, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitlink GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or profits
- Service interruptions
- Unauthorized access

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to turnix.io at our sole discretion, especially in cases of policy violations or overdue payments. Users may terminate their account at any time via the dashboard.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karlsruhe, Germany.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
